Jeromy was born in Poughkeepsie to two Starfleet Academy instructors. Despite this, after High School, he went to local college and obtained a PHD in Xeno-Anthropology and Linguistics. He later gave into his parents' wishes and entered the Starfleet Academy Officer Candidate School and became a Starfleet Science officer.
