Hi all,
So I thought I'd introduce my real life persona! My name is Eric, and I'm 30 year's old from the UK (not sure if anyone else is from my side of the pond?) and I am a father to five children however I only see my youngest two (I guess I have to, they live with me...) who are 3 years old and 18 months old. I work a normal 9-5 kind of job but I am studying part time on a degree in Humanities but specialising in Classical Studies (Ancient Rome and Greece basically) which I'm almost a year through, only five to go! I enjoy a lot of activites such as mountain biking and walking/climbing and caving so a lot of Tolaran's extra activities stem from those I enjoy myself. Er, I guess you can ask additional questions but I don't like talking about myself too much haha.
So, some of my background in simming... I begun simming in Bravo Fleet when I was about 14 years old, jumping straight in as a CO (maybe not the easiest way!) and then steadily made my way up to TGCO, I never quite made TFCO however as a group of CO's in Bravo Fleet decided that it wasn't going in the direction we had hoped and we decided to create a new fleet. We named the fleet Obsidian Fleet and I was given the honour of leading TF72 (Anon's Avengers) and of running the Academy. My ship was the USS Bluegrass, a ship of my own design so unfortunately it never had any sister ships out there and very little in the way of images except the few that had been created for me but I have attached the only image left out there (that I know) and I called the Dragon class. I simmed as Rear Admiral Raktael Burnham on there and have a couple other characters dotted around other ships and one in a fleet called Tango Fleet too. I chose to come back into simming in TF72 and looked around and I have to say, I love the Miranda class but I also looked through the Portland site and forum and felt this would be a great place to get back into everything and learn how to do it all again.
So, thank you for having me and I looked forward to having some fun with you guys for as long as possible.
